About the Project

Demolition of all existing landscaping. CAD landscape design was done by JVM Landscape. Installation of a new irrigation system, drainage, plants and trees, LED landscape lighting, retaining wall, and paver patio in front yard. Area now saves 75% more water versus the old traditional lawn that was there. Humming birds, butterflies and bees love the new area and color, and visit daily.
